The Association of Students of Social Work is set to embark on a 2 day educational and fun Trip to Cape Coast and Western Region. After further consultations the Association has agreed on the following the terms. Price for the Trip :- 550gh per Student. This shall include Accommodation, Meals, Transportation and some other fun activities that will be organized. Break down Accommodation: 70gh Transport: 300 Meals: 100 ( lunch and Super inclusive) Nzulezu: 45 (Booking, Boat riding & Donations inclusive) Kakum: 25gh Castles (Cape CoastCastle& Elmina Castle): 10gh Locations : - Nzulezu, Kakum National Park, Cape Coast Castle and Elmina Castle. INTERNATIONAL DAY OF PERSONS WITH DISABILITY. In 1992, the General Assembly declared the International Day of Disabled persons. The day is International observance promoted by the United Nations. It is celebrated every year on 3 December to encourage a better understanding of people affected by a disability, together with helping to make people more aware of their rights, dignity, and welfare of disabled persons in all aspects of political, social, economic, and cultural life. The theme for this year's(2022) International Day of Disabled persons is "Transformative solutions for inclusive development: the role of innovation in fuelling an accessible and equitable world".
